“PUERTO RICAN CHRIST AND DISPENSATIONAL ANGEL” <= /o:p>

William Soto Santiago is a popular impersonator from Puerto Rico, West Indies. Seemingly, he borrowed his doct= rine from somewhere. He dates back to the early seventies. This so-called prophet and “eighth messenger”, in no uncertain terms, claims to be a great one, the last prophet, a dispensational angel or messenger, Christ, to follow Brother Bra= nham and fulfill his New Ministry, and that this ministry of the coming of Christ would be in Puerto Rico.

He influences the whol= e of Latin America. He also has a following in Trinidad. We know his followers, and we know their moral standards. We visited their chu= rch. We have his books; we met their ministers who represent his doctrines. They visited us and presented his doctrines to us. They outshine a lot of= the immoral conduct that is found around the message today by their gross immoral conduct.

Santiago's agents in Trinidad are pastor Guide and Raoul Danglades, Raul James from St. Georg= e's Grenada, Dipnarine Singh from Georgetown, Guyana, Miguel Bermudez Marin, fr= om Caracas, Venezuela, Revin, Pinzon, del Corto, and M. Perez of Africa.

False claims of Mr. Santiago

Santiago = projects doctrines that are totally contrary to those taught by the messenger, Brother Branham. He believes that he will take the Gospel to the Jews fulfilling the Ministry of Moses and Elias in Revelation 11. All the Prophe= ts he says were in Jesus, therefore one man could fulfill the ministry of the = two prophets to Israel, and this man could be a gentile, because Paul, a Jew, w= as a messenger to the gentiles. He further claims that Matthew 24:31, Chr= ist sends his two angels (Moses and Elias) with the sound of a great trumpet to gather the elect from the four winds. He therefore concluded that the second coming of Christ with the trumpet and the ministry of Moses and Elias with = the trumpet are one and the same, which is why there were two Cherubims (Angels) over the Ark. He therefore projects that the ministry of the second coming = of Christ as the lion of Judah is fulfilled in him, he must gather the elect f= rom amongst the gentiles and also he will be the messenger to the Jews fulfilli= ng the ministry of Moses and Elias. From his Messa= ge, 'Awakening to Reality', he claims that the fourth Elijah spoke of another Elijah, the fifth to come. This fifth Elijah to come was himself. Note, according to Scripture, the fifth coming of Elijah is to the Jews.

            He believes that he will be bringing the revelation of the Seven Thunders and the Seventh Seal. On his books he refers to himself as the angel of the Lord Jesus Christ that Christ himself will be speaking through. He claims t= hat the Angel of Revelation 22:16 that brought the book of revelation to John is him, and that God has sent him to testify these things in the churches and = that it must start in a chosen place, Puerto Rico, then spread to the other nati= ons and then go over to the Jews.

Quote= William Santiago: “The coming of Jesus Christ, the pillar of fire being manifested, being revealed through his angel messenger, which would be givi= ng testimony of these things in the churches, giving testimony of all these th= ings to all the human beings, to all nations and to all tongues, starting with Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and to all Latin America. And then it will exten= d in a certain time to the whole world; it will reach the Hebrew people, and they will say: “This is what I was waiting for.” Th= ey will say: “This is our God, to which we waited for”, when they = see the pillar of fire, Jesus Christ revealed in the end time. It will be Jesus Christ, the pillar of fire, the Shekinah, God manifested in the end t= ime in His angel messenger. His angel messenger: one of the members of the myst= ical body of the Lord Jesus Christ, the last prophet messenger that God would ha= ve in this planet earth.” (The perfect day 13/12/92).

E.= O.D.H.: His followers refer to him as “the messenger”. He also applies to himself, and identifies himself with t= he notable Angel that flew eastward in the Vision that Brother Branham had concerning the Seven Angels. He said that Brother Branham, the Seventh ange= l, was caught up in the cloud with the Seven Angels, in his theophany body. He said that was a cloud containing the seven church ages angels in theophany form, and the mighty angel (Christ).

         &= nbsp; He has a big book ministry where he propagates all his doctrines for years, wi= th his photograph on the front cover. According to his beliefs, moralit= y is not observed. The women can dress immorally. If your name is on the Book of Life, no one can take if off. That is the important thing, he claims. You a= re predestined to life and no one could prove now, who are predestinated and w= ho are not.

Jesus said, Ye shall know these false prophets by the= ir fruits (Matthew 7:15-16). His fruits alone are sufficient to expose him as a false prophet and a false Christ, let alone his heresies.=

His mini= stry compares to that of the other eighth messengers: intellectualisms, compromi= sing the moral standards of the message, claiming higher and greater revelations than the messenger, big followings, and their approach and manner of propagating their doctrines.

            <= /span>We will now prove by the Word and Message of Brother Branham, that his claims = and teachings are heretical, damnable, contrary to what was established by God through His messenger, of the antichrist and from the deepest abyss.

IMPERSONATORS AND IMPERSONATIONS

E.O.D.H.: Impersonators and impersonations are not foreign to the Holy Scriptures, the Bible, nor church history and even secular history. The Bible accounts for many impersonators, impersonating spiritual things to confuse, deceive and misle= ad the elect of God. All that God does in fulfilling His plan and program, Sat= an imitates that he may be successful in his ambitious and desperate endeavors= to deceive the souls of men to hell and the Lake of Fire.

Quote W.M.B.: = “E-35…did you know the devil impersonates everything that God has? He has his churches; he teaches the Gospel in his way. As Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these resist the truth. (Manifestation of thy resurrection 54-0809).

Jesus, in Matthew 24:24 prophesied of such impersonat= ors as false christs and false prophets. There was an appointed time for that mini= stry of impersonations and impersonators to be manifested. They were to appear a= fter the fulfillment of Malachi 4: 5 & 6, the coming of Elijah the prophet, = with two signs and a pillar of Fire, sent as a deliverer, a type of Moses, to le= ad an Exodus out of organizations, a type of Egypt. They were to be fully manifested after the opening of the seals, which loosed the ministry of the full body Word, Christ the Son of Man, since this is the last age, and Satan’s last attempt to prevent the Resurrection of the saints and the Rapture of the Church.

The terms prophet, apostle and christs were seldom he= ard amongst religious people. Preachers dreaded to assume such offices. Great religious men, renowned evangelist on the mission field, before 1963 when t= he seals were opened, proclaimed that John the Baptist was the last prophet, a= nd that God was only speaking to the church by His son, Jesus Christ, and any = who assumes the office of a prophet fulfills Matthew 24: 24. =

Since that time, a new era was broken and the world w= as filled with “apostles, prophets, messengers and christs.” Matth= ew 24: 24 has been fulfilled. Such impersonators are on every little island, c= ity, continent, town, village and every crack and crevice. In certain churches, there are several of them in one congregation.

        &= nbsp;   Such false christs and false prophets were also loosed to infiltrate the message= of Elijah the prophet and are specially designed by Satan, to be the most powe= rful impersonators, as they try to deceive the true Church of God who were called out from organizations and other walks of life, by the message of William Branham, and embraced the opening of the seals by the glorious heights of t= he ministry of the prophet. They are amongst message believers, as the false anointed ones, to kill and to destroy the souls of men and women, by perver= ting the message sent unto us by the Lord Jesus Christ. Their mission is to perv= ert and destroy the holiness message, produce cults and isms that bind the peop= le.

IDENTIFICATIONS OF MINISTRIES TO COMBAT IMPERSONATORS

            <= /span>God in his infinite wisdom, when He s= ends forth a ministry to His people, He always sends with it certain scriptural marks of identification. The greatest event in history, the second coming of the Lord (Seventh seal/seven thunders/third pull/ New Ministry of W.M.B.), = like the first coming of Christ, did not lack such identifications. Such identification marks are for two great purposes; firstly that the elect may recognize and identify that ministry; and secondly: to combat and expose al= l impersonators.

Christ&#= 8217;s second coming as the son of man, also has certain identification marks for = the elect to recognize and identify Him. His coming was hidden under the seventh seal/seven thunders/third pull/the New Ministry of William Branham, and cli= maxes in the Church of Christ, His Bride= in the last days, when He comes to be glorified in His saints (2 Thessalonians= 1). Such marks of identification blend in with the creative power of God, and a judgment ministry of the son of man, that are prophesied to be here before = the Rapture. Impersonators, though they try to impersonate such creative minist= ry, will fail to do so like Jannes and Jambres.

&nb= sp;    Should the Lord have used the prophet in that ministry, the following identificati= ons, which would be documented here, would have been the evidence of that minist= ry. He was fortunate to manifest the creative power of God five times, that the Bride may identify that ministry when it is broken to the public, thus, all that are on the field today in the form of “Son of man, christs, prophets, eighth messengers, apostles, and evangelists,” who claim the New Ministry, and fail to bear these identification marks, are imposters, a= nd are fulfilling Matthew 24:24. Thus, these identifications are the measuring= rod of the claims of all impersonators and impersonations, on the evangelical field.

The revealing of the Word, the third pull, is vindica= ted by these manifestations. He who claims the third pull in Word form, must also = be avindicated by third pull manifestations. Brother Branham said, the third p= ull is thoroughly identified, making reference to the manifestation of the five acts of the third pull, thus the measuring rod given by the Spirit and the prophet, includes the following:

1) Preaching t= he seven thunders, declaring a perfect revelation of Christ’s second coming as= the son of man, without contradiction of the written Word of God and the messag= e of Malachi 4:5&6, Revelation 10:7.

2) It’s = to be manifested in its fullness only at the boycott of the church by the world council of churches. 3) It brings back the Headstone (Outpouring of H.G.), which produces a Bride’s Revival like the day of Pentecost, and makes a public declaration of the coming of Christ.

4) Vindicating= the seventh seal/seven thunders/third pull (revealed Word) by the creative powe= r of God – third pull manifestations.

5) Producing a= super Church with Thus saith the Lord, demonstrating the creative power of God, by signs, wonders and miracles, in a big Tent or Cathedral, by the perfect wil= l of God and a super anointing.

6) It is to st= art the Rapturing faith for the going away of the church.

7) Revelation = of the New Name for power and turning over the revelation of the seventh seal/seven thunders/third pull to the two witnesses of Revelation 11, Moses and Elias,= to preach it as the seventh trumpet to the Jews.

8) It is to mi= nister also to the church, the total lost, and impersonators, begins a judgment ministry and produces another Ananias and Sapphira showdown by the son of m= an.

MEASURING ROD OF IDENTIFICATION APPLIED<= o:p>

Identification No.1: This impersonato= r has destroyed the holiness message in the lives of his followers, and is in dir= ect contradiction to the holiness message and scriptural standards. Therefore, = his thunders are false, though he claims to be the coming of Christ.

Ident= ification No.2: Santiago, like all other impersonators, is out of time and out of place, and is manifesting nothing to stir the Bride (Seals page 253).

Ident= ification No.3: Though this man declares himself to be the second coming of Chris= t, he has not produced a Bride’s revival by the coming capstone, therefo= re he is one of those impersonators, riding the black and white horse, and wil= l be driven off the trail shortly by the coming of Christ in power.

            <= /span>Identification No.4: Though this man claimed the seven thunders and third pull manifestations, he failed to demonstrate the manifestations of the third pu= ll, in accordance with the example given to us by the five acts of the third pu= ll manifested through Brother Branham.

            Identification No.5: All that he produced as the fruit of his ministry is a carnal bun= ch of church members, who have broken all the holiness standards of the messag= e, demonstrating Pentecostal fanaticism, and though he has a public ministry, = no tent is in sight. Thus, he has the cart before the horse. The third pull ministry goes to the public in a big tent.

            <= /span>Identification No.6: He never started the rapturing faith, but did all in his power to cause people to depart from the faith that was restored by Malachi 4:5-6, giving heed to seducing spirits and doctrines of devils, and his folly will= be made manifested, like Jannes and Jambres, when the real seven thunders is broken to the public, and the coming of the Lord is declared, and he has assumed the place of Christ even as the pope who claims to be the vicar of = the son of God.

            <= /span>Identification No.7: This imposter, instead of claiming to turn over the gospel to the= two witnesses of Revelation 11, c= laims to be even those two witnesses, along with the ministry of Christ leading the Bride, typing his ministry as = the mount transfiguration experience of the Lord, when the disciples saw no man, save Jesus. Scriptures never bear out that Moses and Elias became Jesus, but the apostles saw no man.

            <= /span>Identification No. 8: He has failed this identification, because he is one of the grea= test imposters in the Western world.

There isn’t one Scripture or quotation where it= was ever said or indicated that the coming of Christ would take place in Puerto Rico. Therefore, it is a private opinion, which is a heresy that was invent= ed of Satan to delude poor souls in Puerto Rico.

We therefore conclude, on the basis of God’s Wo= rd and the message of Malachi 4, that he is an impersonator, a false anointed one,= a false Christ and a false prophet, and we therefore admonish all that are associat= ed with such idolatry, who sit in such gross spiritual darkness, and under suc= h a ministry that we have evidently proven to be of Satan, of the antichrist and from the pit of hell, that you flee to the Ark of safety, Christ, denounce = all such false thunders and patiently wait for the true that will be broken to = the public at God’s appointed time.

Another main point upon which he built his heresy and ministry is that he claims to be the coming of Christ from under the 7^=
th seal/7 thunders, and that his present ministry is a silent one, as the seve= nth seal in secret, typing it to Christ’s thirty year ministry before He = went into public.

This heretical doctrine is to= tally contrary to that taught by the messenger, Brother Branham, and the Scriptur= es. When Jesus was in his thirty-year ministry, He was not preaching and out on= the field as this impersonator is. It was only after thirty years, then began H= e to preach:

“And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape= like a dove upon him…And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age.” (Luke3:22-23).  &nbs= p;

“…and he saw the Spiri= t of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him: From that time Jesus beg= an to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”= (Matthew 3:16, 17).

Before this time, Jesus was studying the Word and wai= ting for the power of God that He received at the banks of the Jordan river. Whe= n He began to preach, his ministry was no longer in secret, but in public, vindicated to Israel by power, signs and wonders:

“No man, when he hath lighted a candle, putteth= it in a secret place, neither under a bushel, but on a candlestick, that they whi= ch come in may see the light.”(Luke 11:33).

So his projection cannot hold up in the Word of God.<= b>

He advocates that one man could fulfill the ministry = of the two prophets to Israel, and this man could be a gentile. He, no doubt, lays= his claims on the fact that the ministries of Moses, Elias and Christ was in one man today, and since Brother Branham has gone on that inspiration fell on h= im. This impersonator arrived far too late. The ministry of Moses, Elias and Ch= rist in one man has already taken place in Brother Branham, and he cannot claim = to be that Elijah to the Jews, because he is a gentile dog, and the Jews don’t want him.

MOSES AND ELIAS; THE JEWS= ONLY BELIEVE THEIR PROPHETS

Quote W.M.B.: <= span style=3D'color:black'>67 Revelations 11 appears right there exactly in line= with the Sixth Seal… this was to bring forth two witnesses, Moses and Elia= s, prophets; which the Jews only believe their prophets".” (= Recognizing Your Day 64-0726m).

WHEN GOD TURNS BACK TO THE= JEWS, THERE'LL BE NO GENTILE PROPHETS

Quote: “512-5 {334} 33 Brother Branha= m, I understand that Elias must be three times. You tell us that he has been twi= ce already, and will come again. Now, will the person that the spirit of Elias will be upon, also be of the two witnesses of Moses and Elijah?<= /span>

No, no. He will be a Gentile (See?), to the Gentile c= hurch. God sends always to His own people. See? He came to His Own, and His Own received Him not. He always sends His... The message of the hour...When God= was dealing with the Jews, there wasn't any Gentile prophets come. When God's dealing with the Gentiles, there's no Jewish prophets. When God turns back = to the Jews, there'll be no Gentile prophets. See? See what I mean? = (Qa. On The Seals 63-0324m).<= /o:p>

Brother Branham, God’s = major prophet to the seventh church age, said that Moses and Elias would be Jewis= h, Israelite prophets. Who is this heretic to say otherwise? Is he wiser than Malachi 4 in the Word, who was chosen of God to reveal all the mysteries th= at were sealed up inside the Book from the foundation of the world?

In trying to justify this her= esy, he stated that “the Jewish messenger could be a gentile, because Paul, a Jew, was a messenger to the gentiles.” The door of the gentiles was opened up by Peter preaching in the House of Cornelius, but another prophet (Paul) was their messenger. Likewise, some gentile prophet truly turns the gospel over to the Jews in the end time, but he will not be their messenger, for, he goes away in the rapture, soon after, and it carri= es over to two Jewish Prophets, Moses and Elias, who takes it up and broadcast= it to 144,000.

SOME DIVINE, HOLY, ANOINT= ED PROPHET OF GOD WILL GO OVER THERE

Quote W.M.B.: = 277 And one of these days, some Divine, holy, anointed prophet of God will go over there with signs and wonders. Those Jews will say, "That's what I'm looking for." Yes, sir. And God will baptize a hundred and forty-four thousand Jews. And the Rapture will come; the Gentile age will cease. (Seal of God 54-0514).

GENTILES TAKE GOSPEL BACK= TO THE JEWS, AND THE RAPTURE WILL COME

Quote: 36-5 Now, when is the Gospel ret= urning to the Jews? When the day of the Gentiles is finished. The Gospel is ready to go back to the Jews. Oh, if I could just tell you something that is about to happen right in this our day. This great thing that is about to ha= ppen will carry over to Revelation 11 and pick up those two witnesses, those two prophets, Moses and Elijah, turning the Gospel back to the Jews. We're ready for it. Everything is in order. As the Jews brought the message to the Gentiles, even so the Gentiles will take it right back to the Jews, and the= Rapture will come. (The Revelation Of Jesus Christ - Church Age Book Cpt.1).

HE CANNOT BE A MESENGER TO BOTH THE BRIDE AND THE JEW= S

      According to this message, when the gospel is turned over to the Jews, the gentile days are o= ver and not another gentile will be saved. The Bride goes away in the rapture a= nd the rest of the gentiles go through the Tribulation. This proves that this impersonator, Mr. Santiago, cannot be a messenger to the Bride and the Jews= at the same time, as he claims, because all gentiles that go through the tribulation did not have the Seal of God, and belong to the foolish virgins. Therefore, this self proclaimed messenger, Christ and son of man is saying = that he is not sealed of God, and not a Bride member, but a foolish virgin. His works and doctrine proves that.

      His claim of being both prophets (Moses and Elias) is unscriptural. Wherever the Scripture and Brother Branham spoke of these prophets, they referred to the= m as two men and not one.

Revelation 11:3, 4, 10: ̶= 0;And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall proph= esy a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. These a= re the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the Go= d of the earth. …these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.”

TWO PROPHETS - THE CHURCH= IS DONE GONE, AND THAT'S TO THE JEWS

And the Jews is ca= lled by the mystery of the Seventh Trumpet, which is two prophets, Elijah= and Moses…and there's where the Pentecostals is all mixed up…the Church is done gone, and that's to the Jews.” (Feast of the trumpets 64-0719m= ).

TWO PROPHETS, THEY OPENED= THAT SIXTH SEAL

Quote: 433-1 {= 295} There you are. There you are. See? See how the Seals opened down there in t= he church age…two prophets standing here with the Word. And it shows exa= ctly who does it. It's Moses and Elijah, 'cause there's their ministry reimpersonated again: both men. See what the Sixth Seal is? It's tho= se prophets…watch what opened that Seal: prophets. See?…They opened that Sixth Seal. They have power to do it. Amen. (Sixth Seal 63-0323= ).

TWO PROPHETS-THE BRIDE MU= ST STEP OUT OF THE WAY

In Revelations, The two Prophets = can appear on the scene to sound the seventh Trumpet to them, make known to them the Christ.” (Feast Of the Trumpets 1964 Pgs. 5,7,19, 33,38-40). = ;       =

MOSES AND ELIJAH PREACH TO THE JEWS AFTER =

THE CHURCH HAS BEEN RAPTURED

Quote W.M.B.: = E-21 Next thing they seen was Moses and Elijah who appeared by the side of Him. That'll be to preach to the remnant of the Jews after the church has been raptured. (Glorified Jesus 55-0225).

Acco= rding to the Scriptures and these quotations, Moses and Elias are two men, Jewish prophets, and their ministries will be fulfilled after the Rapture takes pl= ace. Further, in declaring that he fulfils the ministry of Moses and Elias, automatically he claims to be a prophet. We have proven him to be a false o= ne, a false christ and impersonator of the New Ministry.

   &nb= sp;        The Scripture further states: “And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall…k= ill them. And their dead bodies…(PLURAL)“…shall lie in the st= reet of the great city…And they of the people and kindreds and tongues…shall not suffer their dead bodies (PLURAL) to be put = in graves.” (Revelation 11:7-9).

Another doctrine states = that “the message of Brother Branham was under = the law, therefore, the holiness standards that were laid down belong to that a= ge, and not to this present age of grace”. This doctrine invented by this impersonator is partly responsible for destroying the holiness Mess= age in the lives of Message believers. Brother Branham is typed as Moses, who brought the church to mount Sinai and gave us the law, which is understood = as the do’s and don’ts of holy living amongst Christians. Impersonators of the New Ministry establish that the church has come to a g= race age and doesn’t have to obey all the laws of the holiness Message just the way the Prophet emphasized them. In fact, those things were for the 7th age, and we are now living in the Bride Age. As a result, worldliness was introduced into message churches, ignoring the labors of the Prophet in his preaching to keep it out of the church.

All that invent such doctrines = to destroy the Holiness Message are Antichrist. Brother Branham was both and O= ld Testament and New Testament Prophet. All the standards established on holin= ess by him are based upon the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets. Thus, th= eir devil’s excuse to destroy the Holiness Message has no room in the hea= rt of a Born Again Christian that’s filled with the Holy Ghost.

His ministry compares to that of the other “eig= hth messengers” who compromise the moral standards of the message,= yet claiming higher and greater revelations than the messenger. His end will therefore be the same.

            When a man has no= power to live above sin, he certainly has no power to operate the 3^rd = pull creative power of God and, doubtless, he is not hearing from God in any mig= hty revelations of 7^th seal/7 Thunders and all that he may claim. This Impersonator believes that he is bringing the revelation of the Seven Thunders and the Seventh Seal. Brother Branham said, “how can you teach algebra if the people don’t know their A.B.C’s.” He said that the algebra will = be the 7 Thunders when it comes. He is exposed as a false prophets by his very fruits.

        &= nbsp; Quote W.M.B.: 249 Now, you want to learn abc's so you can study algebra later? When these other seals on the back is opened they'll only be revealed to th= em. (The Evening Messenger 63-0116).

ACTI= ONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS

Quote: “149 Did you ever hear th= e old saying, "Actions speak louder than words"? Well then, does it?…No matter what you're saying, your life speaks so loud till they can't hear your testimony.” (Flashing red light 63-0623E).=

His fruits are speaking so loud= ly that we cannot hear his false thunders that he is proclaiming by his mouth. It’s of the antichrist! It’s of Satan; evident by the fruits it= has born for all the years.

   = ;         E.O.D.H.: We, as true ministers and defenders of the faith of Malachi 4: 5-6, Revelation 10: 7 and 3: 14, feel obliged to respond to the erroneous answers given to most of the questions that ministers asked in those meetings, or a= fter the meetings, which were also documented and presented to them on a later d= ate, and which were recently brought to our attention. We openly challenge the heretical answers that were given by an attached letter to the various ministers in Zambia. We admonish faithful ministers in that State, and other parts of the world, not to yield themselves to such damnable heresies. Be strong in the Lord and the power of His might, as we stand upon the Word and the purity of the message, in full support to all faithful ministers who st= and against all perversions of the message and impersonations of the new minist= ry of William Branham, Malachi 4: 5-6.

We of the western world are familiar with Santiago’s agents, his literatures, his heretical claims and his impersonations of the second coming of Christ. His agents in Trinidad are pleasant, with whom we have had communications, but we take our stand on the Word of God. Our major difference is this heresy, which we consider to be antichrist, satanic to the core and totally unfounded in the Scriptures and messenger’s message. However, in our dialogues, we maintain a friendly dispossession, though they are deluded brethren. Some personally beliefs were expressed to us, that should Santiago fall down and die, that would prove that doctrine wrong. Though they are very zealous for= their beliefs, and hard workers, compassing land and sea to make one proselyte, t= hey were unsuccessful in deceiving much people in these parts and only have a handful of people following their misconception. Such disciples have denied= the holiness message, which is evident by the corrupt lives that they lead, in total disrespect to the holiness standards set forth by the Word and the message. Jesus said, “Ye shall know them by their fruits.” (Mat= thew 7: 16).

I will now proceed to expose the heretical answers which were given to the honest and sincere questions of our fellow ministers. For the convenience of our readers, the questions and answers, which we challenge and expose, each will be identifi= ed by a number.

   = ;         Exposition of Heresy: The answer given: “The Voice of Christ”, failed = to answer the question: “What are the seven thunders?” By casual examination of the supportive quotations, this erroneous answer is exposed. None of the following quotations explains the question, though a few of them speak of what the thunders will accomplish. Page 108 speaks of the interces= sory Lamb leaving His throne to return as King of kings, 142: the seven thunders= for rapturing faith, 155: first seal thunder – the voice of Christ, and 2= 53: seven thunders for Bride’s revival.

Exposition of heres= y: The impostor, Santiago, claims to be Jesus incarnated, and the quotation given speaks of Christ’s return on a white horse with His Bride (Revelation 19). This Scripture speaks of the third coming of Christ after the rapture = and tribulation period, when Christ returns as a Judge and King of kings. Santi= ago is not King of kings; the blood is yet on the mercy seat; therefore, Christ= has not returned as a judge, and the event of the second coming of Christ must = be fulfilled before the third coming. Therefore, he is found to be the antichrist upon a white horse. The prophet used Revelation 19 to expose= the rider of the white horse under the first seal as an impersonator of Christ. (Seals pg. 159).

THE THIRD TIME HE COMES = WITH HIS CHURCH

  &n= bsp;         Exposition of heresy: Jesus Christ is the chief cornerstone.

“And are built u= pon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner [stone” (Ephesians 2:20).

When a man claims to be the cornerstone prophet, he automatically claims that he is the incarnation= of Jesus Christ in His fullness. After close examination of the quotati= ons supplied to prove that Santiago is the cornerstone prophet, there is not a single hint that can be found. Thus, his claims of preaching rapturing fait= h is evidently disannulled. The emphasis of the prophet was to establish when we should expect the manifestations of the third pull in the fullness of its power, and that is at the boycott of the church. Since the seventh seal and seven thunders is the same revelation, the coming of the Lord, that ministr= y is to be broken to the public about the time that Jesus appears for the raptur= e. This imposter is exposed because he has entered the mission field in a publ= ic ministry before the appointed time, riding upon a black and white horse. The true ministry of Christ is ordained to drive him off the trail (And Knoweth= it not 1965).

THIS 7th SEAL CANNOT BE BROKE TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL THAT HOUR ARRIVES

Question # 5: &= #8220;Would you make a brief commentary on the Capstone, Headstone and the Cornerstone?= Are they different or are they the same?”

   = ;         Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “It is the same Thing: The Lord Jesus Christ.”

   = ;         Exposition of heresy: We refute this vague statement in answer to the quest= ion. The capstone and Headstone is the same; we agree with that. But to say that= the cornerstone and the headstone is the same, is heresy. The cornerston= e is the first coming of Jesus Christ which was rejected by the Jews and became = the head of the corner.

“Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner.” (Matthew 21: 42= ).

But the headstone is t= he second coming of Jesus Christ in the Bride, charity, love, Holy Spirit, outpouring of the Holy Spirit, evident from stature of a perfect man preach= ed by Brother Branham.

IN THE E= VENING TIME IS WHEN CHRIST COMES AND

SETS HIM= SELF AT THE HEAD OF THE CHURCH

Then the Love of God, the Holy Ghost, Christ in the Person of = the Holy Ghost comes upon you in the true Baptism of the Holy Ghost…When a man possesses these kind of things then the Holy Ghost c= omes upon him." (Stature of a Perfect Man 62-1014M).

The following quote is what Brother Branham taught when he positionally placed headstone and cornerstone. Santiago’s doctrine must evade the true meaning of this subject, because he is a powerless impersonator, and the capstone comes in dynamic power, and will surpass the power of Pentecost.

IN THE CHURCH IT WAS THE CORNERSTONE.

And I believe that when It's coming, th= at the Church will shape into a place from justification under Luther, sanctification under Wesley, and the Pentecostal message; will bring the ch= urch to such a minority. And a ministry will be among those people till it'll be= exactly the same ministry that Jesus Christ did. That'll bring Jesus and catch the whole thing away.” (Standing in the gap 63-0623M).

THE COMPLETE MINISTRY OF CHRIST IN THE FULLNESS OF THE HOLY GHOST

Quote: “When the Headstone come, Christ will= fit right in together perfectly then, He will bring back the redeemed. Yes, the Ministry of Christ beginning to narrow up to the complete Ministry of Chris= t in the fullness of the Holy Ghost.” (Sign of the Time 1963).

Heretical Article N= o. 81: “The notable Angel with the 7^TH seal flew eastwards, to Puerto Rico, which is geographically located eastward of North America.”

Question # 6: &= #8220;Is it geographically true to say Latin America is in the west of North America (Where Santiago is)?”

Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “Latin America is in the west of the Ear= th. - Please see the Seals book: pages 522 too 523: paragraphs 402 to 407. Old version: pages 577 to 578: from 4th paragraph on page 577 to 2nd or 3rd paragraphs on page 578.

  &n= bsp;         Please note that the Angel that was on the left of Br. Branham (Br. Branham in his theophanic body and he was likewise an angel), was coming towards the east. Latin America is towards the east of North America. Latin America and the Caribbean is a sub-continent with close to 500 million people that speak ei= ther Spanish or Portuguese. These people are having the ministry of that Angel (= an Angel is a messenger) that was at the left of Br. Branham. They are having = the last angel's Message as Br. Branham says.”

   = ;         Exposition of heresy: After close examinations of quotations used here to answer t= his question, there is not a single hint that the notable angel flew to Puerto Rico, and that the unknown language is Spanish or Portuguese, which his age= nts propagated personally to us, and is indicated in the answer to this questio= n. This is a damnable, diabolical and satanic invention of intellectual giants= of the message.

   = ;         Santiago and his agents don’t even know their geography and much less, the interpretation of the unknown language. Therefore, the people are not having the last angel’s message in Latin America. The notable Angel was the = last angel in the constellation of the seven angels, which was associated with t= he seals. That was Christ and not Santiago. I defy this heresy that has taken = the ministry of Christ and given it to that gentile dog, Santiago. Latin Americ= a, and Puerto Rico, by all geographical settings, are not east of America, but situated in the Caribbean near Venezuela and Haiti. So, his agents are also geographically lying and how much more about the truth of the thunders and = the coming of Christ.

   = ;         On the basis of this exposition, all the claims of Santiago and his agents are= of non-effect, since the Angel never flew to Puerto Rico, and the unknown lang= uage is not Portuguese or Spanish, for both languages are known languages, but Brother Branham specified “Unknown”. In comparison to known and unknown tongues, the former is tongues of men, and the latter, tongues of angels, which the man, Brother Branham, could not understand.

   = ;         Question # 7: “On the form we have filled, underneath, it says the "V= oice of the Cornerstone". Who is the "Cornerstone referred to? Jesus Christ or William Soto Santiago? For we must be "IN THE VOICE OF...”

   = ;         Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “It is referred to Jesus Christ.”<= /i>

  &n= bsp;         Exposition of Heresy: His agents answered this question in few words to hide the claims of Santiago. At the same time, they gave the answer, “Jesus Christ”. Their beliefs are that Jesus Christ is resident in the Puert= o Rican impersonator, who they claim is the cornerstone prophet and the voice of the Archangel. Such claims contradicts the Word of God, and the claim th= at Santiago is the second coming of Jesus Christ, since the cornerstone repres= ents the first coming of Jesus Christ, and the Capstone, His second coming. This= is an antichrist doctrine from the pit of hell. According to their doctrine, we have blasphemed our way for speaking against their christ. But, I assure all message believers and the rest of the world, that it is a total impossibili= ty to blaspheme the Holy Ghost by exposing the false anointed ones in the end = time.

Heretical Article N= o. 82: “The Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ is materializing now in William Santiago.”

  &n= bsp;         Question # 8: “The Angel of the Lord Jesus Christ who is materializing now= in William, does it mean William pre-existed?”

   = ;         Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “Every child of God has pre-existed in his/her theophany. (Job: chapter 38: verses 4 to 7).”<= /p>

  &n= bsp;         Exposition of heresy: These shameless heretics have not spoken one word in denial = of this question and its contents, but simply evaded it by quoting Job 38: 4-7, but they regard Santiago and have elevated him in a position higher than th= ese sons of God, since they believe him to be the Angel that revealed the writi= ngs of the book of Revelation to John the divine. Since that angel was a man, a prophet among the brethren, they cannot believe that until they believe the pre-existence of Santiago. Revelation 22: 16 is also quoted by his agents to establish the international ministry of Santiago. They stress the word, “Churches”. This is not speaking of multitude of churches in the present world, but of the church ages as at the end of every church = age message, the message was addressed to the churches, example, Revelation 3:2= 2: “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

Heretical Article N= o. 83: “William Santiago was present in theophany form when Bro. Bra= nham was preaching his message, and he introduced him.”<= /p>

        =     Ques= tion # 9: “If William was there when Branham was preaching his message, = why, he did not introduce him or know him?”

        =       Exposition of heresy: Quotations supplied, failed to answer this question. The true answer is because Santiago is an antichrist and not Christ. It is a lie to say that he was there in theophany form, and Bro= ther Branham introduced him.

   = ;         Exposition of heresy: This statement failed to address the question, and is saying what the thunders are supposed to do. Brother Branham said that it was not revealed.

WHAT THIS GREAT SECRET IS, I DO NOT KNOW-IT WASN̵= 7;T REVEALED

Quote W.M.B.: = 567 (1) “Now, what this great secret is that lays beneath this Seal, I do not know. I don't know it. I couldn't make it out. I couldn't tell it, just wha= t it said. (Seals Book, New Ed. Page 512 (322-323)).

Quote: 568 (2) "When will it be, Brother Branham?" I cannot tell you.... One = of the mysteries of that Seal, the reason it wasn't revealed, it was se= ven thunders that uttered their voices. (Seals Book, New Ed. Page 513 (335-336)= ).

It is true that the notable angel held the seventh seal/seven thunders, but He did not reveal i= t, and one sure thing, he was not Santiago in spirit form.

Heretical Article N= o. 84: “The vindication of Jesus Christ in Santiago is his heretical message, which he is identified by”

  &n= bsp;         Question # 11: “Brother, if this Angel is greater with these offices or gi= fts till he is Jesus Christ incarnate. What are the vindications of Christ Jesu= s in Him? For Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever?”

   = ;         Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “His Message. It has always been Jesus Christ in his messengers.”

   = ;         Exposition of heresy: Any heretic can quote the same as the vindication of his her= esy. Santiago’s agents must lay heavy emphasis on his message as the vindication, because he is a powerless impostor on the field in a public ministry.

St. John 14: 12 “…the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these…”,

Mark 16: 15-16 “= Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel… And these signs shall follow them that believe”.

Quote W.M.B.: “And any people that is truly the Bod= y of Jesus Christ (the true church) will manifest the same works as did Jesus and the Pentecostal church because the same Spirit will be in them. Any other church that does not have the Spirit and the manifestations is going to hav= e to account to God.” (Church Ages page 250).

The public ministry of Jesus Christ in His first coming was vindicated by the Word, message and si= gns and wonders. The public ministry of Jesus Christ in His second coming throu= gh the Bride, will have greater vindications.

Quote W.M.B.: E-62 “I believe that the church of the living God is moving into a sphere now that's going to shake the whole world…Ask anything that you will, and it shall be given unto you...The sick will be healed by a word; t= he blind will see; the deaf will hear; the dead will be raised up; and the pow= er of God will shake the world with the church of the living God…I belie= ve it's going to strike the church of God soon, and it's going to start a r= evival that'll shake the world. I believe it.” (Speak to this mountain 59-1123).

“…the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angel. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God…Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; When he shall come to be glorified in his saints.&= #8221; (2 Thessalonians 1: 7-10).

Question # 12: = “William Soto Santiago, How can we identify him to be the messenger of the Cornersto= ne? Who is he?”

Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “By the Message. He is a believer of Jes= us Christ, purchased by the blood of Jesus Christ and he is an instrument used= by Jesus Christ. (Revelation 22:6 and Rev. 22:16).”

   = ;         Exposition of heresy: The answer given is sly like a mongoose stealing a chicken in Puerto Rico. That vindication can be applied to any repentant sinner, and to further claim that he is Revelation 22: 6 & 16, is antichrist, and anyb= ody can claim the same as a vindication and identity of Christ.

Heretical Article N= o. 85: “Santiago is a prophet fulfilling the ministry of Moses and E= lias to the Jews. He will die, according to Revelation 11.”<= /b>

   = ;         Question # 13: “What exactly are you telling us about Br. William; Is he a prophet? Or Jesus incarnation?”

   = ;         Santiago’s agents’ Answer: “He is a prophet. A prophet does not spe= ak of himself and comes with the anointing of Christ.”

  &n= bsp;         Exposition of heresy: Deuteronomy 18: 15-18, speaks of the vindication of a prophe= t. What he speaks must come to pass. In another place it is written that if th= at prophet say let us worship other Gods, we should not fear him. This impostor has made himself Jesus incarnated, but they do not want to openly admit this heresy publicly, thus to evade the question, he likely said that he is a prophet, because the Messiah to Israel, Moses said, would be a prophet, Deuteronomy 18. The Answer that follows, the question, ‘What is his message?’ is erroneous. Matthew 24:31 is here explained by Brother Branham, it’s the gathering of the nation of Israel.

In Matthew 24, there where they asked Him that question= , He went down to that. He told about Israel being gathered as a nation in the 31st verse of Matthew 24:31. (Seventh Seal 63-0324).

Revelation 11: 3 plainly states: “And I will = give power unto my two witnesses (PLURAL), and they (PLURAL) shall prophesy. Bro= ther Branham specified that there will be no Gentile prophets to the Jews. Santi= ago is a gentile. Jesus called the gentile dogs; they were represented as uncle= an beasts.

Quote W.M.B.: 512-5 {334}    33. “Brother Bra= nham, I understand that Elias must be three times. You tell us that he has been t= wice already, and will come again. Now, will the person that the spirit of Elias will be upon, also be of the two witnesses of Moses and Elijah?

   = ;         No, no. He will be a Gentile, to the Gentile church. God sends always to= His own people. He came to His Own, and His Own received Him not...When God was dealing with the Jews, there wasn't any Gentile prophets come. When God's dealing with the Gentiles, there's no Jewish prophets. Revelation declares that the bodies of the two witnesses laid in the streets of Jerusa= lem for three and a half days. Santiago only has one body, not two!

Revelation 11:3,4,10 “I= will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. These are t= he two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of= the earth…these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.”

This is a dumb doctrine! To accept such here= sy on the basis that God does not use two prophets at the same time, is erroneous. Two prophets were together used of God in several places in the scripture, = but one always took the lead: Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, John and Jes= us; one was subject to the other. It will be the same way in the ministry to the Jews.

        &= nbsp;   In all the decades of preaching the gospel, and answering questions, it’s the most heresies that I have ever read on two sheets of paper. The questio= ns are beautiful and to the point and in some opposition to this heretic and h= is heresies. But the answers are the worst that I have ever encountered, full = of subtlety, craftiness and deception. For a minister to accept, preach and establish su= ch heresies, he must be totally ignorant of the scriptures, the message of Mal= achi 4:5-6, and Revelation 10:7. Any lay-member who reads Brother Branham’s message knows better than to believe such antichrist doctrines. Certain men= are born unto this condemnation, to be used as vessels of dishonor, and deceive many souls to the end that they may be lost. After such exposition of the erroneous answers given to the sincere questions of the ministers, I trust = that every true servant of God who reads this article may quickly turn from such heresies and come back to the purity of the message of Malachi 4:5-6.

His maj= or heresies are that he is the incarnation of Christ in his second comi= ng, the white eagle, white horse rider, Revelation 10:1, Moses and Elias, King = of kings, and Lord of the lords, to sit upon the throne of David in the Millennium. He is also the revealer of the seventh seal/seven thunders, the unknown man in the tent vision, the notable angel; the unknown language is Spanish, and the new name: “William.”

THERE IS A REAL PROGRAM OF GOD

There is a program of God for the rev= ealing of the seventh seal/seven thunders. However many from both schools of thoug= ht who believe that the seventh seal/seven thunders are revealed and those who= do not believe that they were revealed in 1963, are ignorant of this most impo= rtant fact. Though the prophet said as follows:

Popular conceptions on God’s program for the revelation of the seventh seal/s= even thunders are that it will be revealed by Brother Branham when he is resurrected; it will be revealed in the course of time by the Bride’s maturity; it was supposed to be revealed after the half an hour silence whi= ch equals 20 years; It will be revealed by seven chosen men; it will be reveal= ed to the Bride when she is caught up into a higher dimension and spiritual ministers will understand it and channel it down to the bride; Revelation 1= 0:1 the mighty angel will reveal it to individual ministers; eighth messengers = are now receiving it in various countries; another who followed Brother Branham, will receive the revelation, and several other conceptions.

            <= /span>If any of those conceptions are true, it must be proven in the message, outlin= ed by the prophet on the seven seals and other messages. Thus I phrased my question and am requesting an answer from any source.

The Word of God must come to His prophets: Amos 3:7, "The Lord God will do nothing until first He reveals it to His servant the prophet." Four.

Three-Fold Mystery Of God. = Another important and undefeatable tool of examination to all who presume to have t= hat ministry, is detailed on another message of the prophet entitled “Chr= ist Is The Mystery Of God Revealed 63-0728.” The items of God’s pro= gram are within the framework of the five musts in doing God a service, and its foundation is anchored and deeply embedded in the eternal plan and program = of God. The threefold mystery of God’s eternal plan hidden from the foundation of the world, which automatically includes God’s plan and program for the revelation of the seventh seal/seven thunders were tied in = with the seventh seal revelation by W.M.B.

In our c= ritical examination of every ministry pertinent to the seventh seal/seven thunders; such factors must be present or the claims of all those who assume that ministry is presumptuous and Satanic. The prophet said that Satan will try = to impersonate that ministry of the seventh seal/seven thunders and third pull= . By just a brief look upon the ministry that is on the field today, we can alre= ady see that the five musts of doing God a service are violated without regard of t= he scripture, the message and the messenger.             <= /span>In consideration of the program of God for the revelation of the Seventh Seal/Seven Thunders, we will expose, by the Word of God and the Message, the ministry of Mr. Santiago. This should give every honest and sincere heart a chance to understand what is right. We appeal to his disciples and agents of this devilish doctrine, to re-examine their beliefs and the claims of Mr. Santiago by the Truth. May they quickly repent and denounce that antichrist with his bewitching heresies.

We will tie the knot a little tighter on his false assumptions of the ministry of Christ in His Se= cond Coming, held in the Seventh Seal/Seven Thunders. We have more information f= rom his agents and recent publications which is more diabolic, erroneous= and satanic.

William Soto Santiago originated in Puerto Rico,= which is Spanish speaking and controlled by U.S.A. This man emerged in a ministry= in 1974 approximately. We will now outline his claims and program which are all heresies.

= ·      =    He claims t= hat his ministry was in existence even in 1963, not just 1974. How is that? He claims that the seven angels th= at came down from heaven and formed the cloud in Arizona in 1963, that he was = the notable angel in that constellation.

= ·      =    In other wo= rds, he was existing as a theophany, before 1974, and he met Malachi 4, spoke to him, and when he did, the prophet could not understand him because he was speaking in Spanish, and that was the unknown language. It sounds very humorous, but this head demon from the Euphrates River, was able to persuade thousands of people in the western world, and now is persuading certain peo= ple in other countries: and they believe these things. So this is the way that = he existed; as a theophany.

= ·      =    He claims t= hat all the other angels in the cloud were the theophanies of the church ages messengers.

= ·      =    There were = eight angels, and the eight one was him. So Soto Santiago is the notable angel th= at was in the constellation at the opening of the seals around that period, and the unknown language was when he spoke to the Prophet in Spanish. So the unknown language that we are reading about in the seventh seal is Spanish. =

= ·      =    He also cla= ims that he flew from that constellation in Arizona and went to Puerto Rico, and Puerto Rico is east of America, which is a lie. He doesn’t even know = his Geography. So now this spirit that possessed this man, led him to believe t= hat he is a Prophet. Not only that. It has got to follow a certain course to the highest heights, because of deception; it’s the Devil.

= ·      =    He further = claims that the Revelation of the seventh seal and seven thunders was given to him= .

= ·      =    Then he gre= w from that ministry and he now claims to be the incarnated Christ, the second com= ing of Christ manifested in human flesh, now upon the earth. On his books and h= is tapes, he does not blush to say this.

·      =    He claims t= o be Revelation 10:1, the mighty angel that stands upon the land and the sea. He also claims to be the trumpeting angel to bring the resurrection from first Thessalonians 4:16, Mathew 24 and the various scriptures.=

·      =    He claims to be the messenger of the kingdom of God, and the last dispensational messenger.
·      =    He claims t= o be the angel of Revelation 22:6–9 that gave the Revelation to John. So, = in other words, Soto Santiago was in existence since the days of John, so it i= s no big thing for him to claim that he was at the opening of the seals, and his ministry started in 1963.

·      =    He claims t= o be Emmanuel, God manifested in human flesh. He claims to be Revelation 19, Chr= ist coming back on a white horse. He claims to be the white eagle, according to= the vision of the Prophet, and not only that but the white horse rider, the interpreter of the unknown language. Now my friends, this is how far an evil spirit today, could take a man that has just a little pride and a little ambition and thinks more highly of himself than he ought to think.

The Bible warned us, “Not to think more hi= ghly of thyself than ye ought to think.”&= nbsp; I am sure that this pride and this ambition led this little Christian boy, over a period of time, to assume all these offices, and claim to be the fulfillment of all these prophesies in the Bible. He has deceived many in L= atin America, he has deceived some in Trinidad, some in Guyana, and he has decei= ved a lot of people in Venezuela and Puerto Rico there by this evil spirit.

In consideration of his program outlined here, when compared to the program of God, it is opposite = as the east is from the west, satanic and diabolic.

We will = now separate these false claims into heretical articles, which were extracted f= rom his books in verification of his heresies, and compare them with the scriptures, message and quotations of the prophet, Malachi 4:5&6.

Heret= ical Article No. 339:

Santi= ago: “The mystery of the rapture – the seventh seal, which is God in Santiago, started and has been in secret for the past 30 years – 1974 to 2004, = will now be manifested. In this year can be opened completely this mystery; the revelation for the elected of God to be transformed.”<= /p>

E.O.D= .H. Answer: Typical to all false prophets who arose throughout the ages, and were trapped by their own deceptions, of setting dates for the raptu= re, Christ’s second coming and other events, which they presumptuously as= sumed, Mr. Santiago at last, after many years, has fallen into his own pit which he gradually dug for the past thirty years, by setting a date for the breaking of the thirty years silence of his Christ ministry, which he heretically claims, in type of the ministry of Christ in His first coming. = (If the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch. Matthew 15:14),

Examples of this major heresy are the Seventh Day Adventist who calculated Daniel seventy weeks and set a date for the second advent of Christ; which resulted in selling of properties, gathering for the translation dressed in white garments, which eventually caused much backslidings and suicides; the Jehovah witnesses who claimed that Christ’s coming took place in 1914; the model impersonat= or, Lawrie of India, who set a date for the rapture in 1973, which likewise resulted in selling of homes, gathering in Israel for the translation, which led to his insanity and backsliding of followers; Pastor Coleman and his followers, who set several dates for the rapture. These were exposed by the= non fulfillment and failure of their presumptuous claims; and so is Mr. Santiago.

“When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spok= en it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.” (Deuteronomy 18:= 22).

Though we will reitera= te his heresies by his own words, he is already exposed by his false claims of going public with the seventh seal/seven thunders after thirty years. Most = of his heresies were exposed on E.O.D.H. Book 8. Others included here are automatically exposed by his false claims.

Santiago= claimed that his ministry officially started in 1974. He claims 30 years of ministry but claim to have been back in 1963. He went out in a public ministry, and = his agents compass land and sea to make proselytes, yet he calls it a secret ministry. He typed thirty years of his ministry, from 1974 to 2004, to the silence of the seventh seal, of Christ’s in His second coming, to tha= t of the first coming of Christ. Thirty years is about passed and his prophecy h= as failed. He has led himself into a trap out of which he cannot retreat.

The thirtieth year, according to their prophecy and type, must come to pass or itR= 17;s false.

The failure of this prophecy is as good as the death of Santiago, which his agent says if he di= es would prove his teachings to be unscriptural, that is because all his prophecies and revelations will automatically be disannulled. His ministry = is now good as dead as all his heresies are hinged upon his great expectation = of the 30^th year of his ministry. As evident by the teachings of Mr. Santiago and confirmed by his agents after thirty years of his ministry, the silence of the seventh seal is broken, Mr. Santiago receives his adoptio= n, which is a changed eternal body, goes into public in a tent ministry, where= he manifests the third pull in fulfillment of the tent vision. The tents are a= lready built in Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Mexico. At such point in time, the gent= ile bride has been already called and made up and the gospel is turned o= ver to the Jews by Mr. Santiago. After three and an half years of ministry among the Jews, he lays down his life like The Lord Jesus, goes down to paradi= se, sounds the trumpet and resurrects Brother Branham and all the sleeping saints. He = is then given power to rule over the nations, and sits on the throne of David = and rules the earth in the millennium for a thousand years.

E.O.D.H. ministers now publicly declare that all the prophecies and revelations of Mr. William Soto Santiago are null and void; and we say, “THUS SAITH THE LORD&#= 8221;, invested in the written Word of God, none of the claims of Mr. Santiago will come to pass in 2004, 2005, or forever because they are all false, satanic and from the pit of hell. Let us see if Mr. Santiago = is right, or E.O.D.H. ministers are right. We are right, this is already prove= n.

The failure of this prophecy is enough mental pressure on the feeble mind of Mr. Santiago to ma= ke him insane, and to die in that condition like Mr. Lawrie, but we do not prophesy such. His agents are getting scared, trying to say that it is not = an exact date, but the entire ministry of Mr. Santiago rest upon its 30^th= anniversary.

Heret= ical Article No. 340:

Santi= ago: “Santiago will be the Messiah to save the Hebrew people”. “He is a prophet”. “This boy would be Emmanuel,” “and he is also heir to the throne of David.”

Answer: Before the first coming of Christ, there were many false Messia= hs to the Jews, so it is not strange or incredible to hear of many messiahs in Israel, who assumes to be the “promised one”. The Jews only rec= eive their people. They would only listen to a Jewish prophet. A gentile once set out to convert the Jews. He was turned back by the voice of the Lord from Cairo, Egypt. He was none other than the mighty prophet of God, who had the sign of discernment to convince the Jews that Jesus was their Messiah. If s= uch a mighty gentile was not fit for the job, needless to say that an antichrist like Santiago can accomplish such a great task. He is a false Messiah and a gentile dog.

“A= nd the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. A= nd, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt c= all his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highe= st: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David.” (Luke 1:30-32).

The Bibl= e said that He Jesus Christ shall sit upon the throne of his father David; and he shall raise up a seed. According to scripture that is Jesus, the son of Mar= y. He is worthy of that place. That place wasn’t given to a dog. The see= d of David comes from the Jewish line and not a gentile. He had to come down the line of the Jewish race. Santiago’s agents are lying and saying that = he is a Jew. That throne is not for a dog.

A man, w= ho will think of replacing the Lord Jesus on the throne of David to rule in the mil= lennium, is a proud idiot; greedy, selfish and satanic like his father Lucife= r, who desired to be exalted and set his throne above the stars of God, and was cast out of heaven. The same faith will follow Santiago, as it is the same ambition of Satan manifested in him. Satan is making a final attempt to ass= ume the throne of God in Christ, through all false christs and false prophets. = The reason that this man could be so bold in his claims is that he claims to be Christ, in every respect; therefore he is antichrist that is trying to assu= me all the promises of the Christ.

Santiago: &#= 8220;Santiago is the incarnated Christ in His Second Coming (Revelation 19); the revelati= on of the Seventh Seal/seven Thunders.”

THE THIRD TIME HE COMES = WITH HIS CHURCH

Quote W.M.B.: 7= 5-104“Christ comes three times. The first time He came to redeem His church. Is that rig= ht? The second time He comes to receive His church. The third time He comes with His church.”(Questions and Answers COD 54-0103m).

The impostor, Santi= ago, claims to be Jesus incarnated, and one of the scripture used speaks of Christ’s return on a white horse with His Bride (Revelation 19). This Scripture speaks of the third coming of Christ after the rapture and tribul= ation period, when Christ returns as a Judge and King of kings. Santiago is not King of kings; the blood is yet on the mercy seat; therefore, Christ has not returned as a judge, and the event of the second coming of Christ must = be fulfilled before the third coming. Therefore, he is found to be the antichrist upon a white horse. The prophet used Revelation 19 to expose the rider of the white horse under the first seal as an impersonator of Christ. (Seals pg. 159).

Their beliefs are that Jesus Christ is resident in the Puerto Rican impersonator, who they claim is the cornerstone prophet and the voice of the Archangel. Such claims contrad= icts the Word of God, and the claim that Santiago is the second coming of Jesus Christ, since the cornerstone represents the first coming of Jesus Christ, and the Capstone, His second coming. This is an antichrist doctrine from the pit of hell. According to their doctrine, we have blasphemed our w= ay for speaking against their christ. But, I assure all message believers and = the rest of the world, that it is a total impossibility to blaspheme the Holy G= host by exposing the false anointed ones in end time.

It is true that the notable angel held the seventh seal/seven thunders, but He did not reveal i= t, and one sure thing, he was not Santiago in spirit form.

There'll be a Power put into the Church, and now is coming in, that the Holy Spirit will so anoint the people, till they'll speak the Word and It'll cre= ate Itself right there. The adop= tion is not the changed body. The adoption is the placing of the son, giving him authority and power. E.O.D= .H. Answer: What a heresy!: “In the name of William, rise up and walk.” And we have not heard anything about a supernatural ministry of signs and wonders accompanying this “god” on earth. The New name will accomplish many things for the Bride. The prophet said, that is why th= ey holler and get nothing (Seals pg. 158). Pastor Guide, Raoul and all Santiag= o’s agents, could cry in the name of William from now until doomsday, and they would receive nothing. It cannot even help them to live holy lives. We have= a typical example of the prophets of Jezebel crying in the name of Baal and received nothing, but swords in their bellies. There were no theophanies of the Church Ages Messengers in the constellation, as theophan= ies are different beings entirely from angels. (Hebrews 1:1-14). The seven ange= ls that came down at the opening of the seals were heavenly beings, and Brother Branham was an earthly angel messenger, and was not numbered in that constellation of seven. Jesus was received into heaven by a cloud of angels= at His ascension. He was not one of the angels. He was the God-man.

The unknown language is not Spani= sh. Spanish is a known language. To say that Santiago spoke to Brother Branham = in an unknown language is a lie of the devil. Brother Branham seen the unknown language; not heard. The notable angel was a heavenly angel with wi= ngs. We are asking Santiago to show us his wings. Only ignorant, money-loving, proud, adulterers and fornicators, would be his agents, and believe and propagate such lies. They themselves don’t believe that.

Santiago: &#= 8220;Santiago is the angel of Revelation 22:6, who brought the Revelation to John.”=

The quotation of Brother Branham disproves the claim of Santiago. Brother Branham suggested an Old Testament prophet: Elijah or another. Again, this lying gentile dog is positive that he was not back there, 2000 years ago. H= is agents make-believe that they are receiving revelation, and assume that it = was not Santiago’s flesh was there, but the spirit that is dwellin= g in him. Be it known to his agents and poor deceived followers, that the spirit= of Santiago is antichrist, satanic, that came from hell and will return back to hell. We challenge Santiago or any of his agents around the world to prove this here= sy, that the two wings are Moses and Elias. That’s the ministry of the Lo= rd Jesus Christ himself, through the Bride, with another healing ministry by t= he Bride’s revival, the outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the manifested= sons of God by third pull, creative power. He claims to be the bright and morning star, but he is the day star, Lucifer; a fallen star. This man is a shamele= ss hypocrite to make such claims against his own conscience; a gentile dog, not born again and void of the Spirit. To make himself equal with God and assume the position of Christ is blasphemy. How can his followers stifle th= eir consciences to accept such heresies, is incredible. God have mercy upon the= ir souls. May they quickly repent and turn from that evil man.

E.O.D= .H. Answer: This is a horrible lie of the devil, with total disregard to the promises of G= od by the prophet. The western world, and especially America, has spurned their day of salvation. The rest of the Western Hemisphere, and the Nations, have taken on the same spirit. They are more gospel hardened thats the rest of t= he world. According to the Word, those that were bidden to the supper by Malac= hi 4:5-6, refused to come, and they were destroyed as murderers etc.

Nothing = in prophecy is spoken about the majority or any great number to come out of th= e western world. They are the ones that rejected the message of the hour. There were = no dream, vision or prophecy recorded in the message, of any certain number co= ming out of Latin America; but on the contrary, three hundred thousand would be saved in one town of India, Calcutta, West Bengal; or Bombay, and a great number is spoken about in Africa, that Brother Branham was trying to reach = with another revival. The greatest revival will break in Japan, and I believe, w= ill cross into China. Thus Santiago doesn’t know what he is talking about= . He is damning many in Latin America, which I believe will be delivered, if they are elected. This heresy is based upon the number which he deceived.

Santiago: &#= 8220;Santiago is Revelation 10:1 and the sealing Angel of Revelation 7, who seals the 144= ,000 Jews.”

E.O.D= .H. Answer: He is not the Sealing Angel. Christ is the Sealing Angel. The Angel flew having the seal of God. Nobody could refute that. This was proven on the day of Pentecost. Jesus was in heaven, and the hundred and tw= enty were sealed by His spirit. The spirit of Santiago is antichrist, and can on= ly demon possess people and lead them to the mark of the beast.

Heretical Article N= o. 354:

Santiago: “Santiago is the white eagle, the white horse rider, the chief authority from the west (western hemisphere).”

E.O.D= .H. Answer: This is gross ignorance to the teachings of the prophet, the visions, dreams and experiences of the white eagle and white horse rider. T= hey were not speaking of the western hemisphere, as certainly as any reference = to the east was not speaking of India. Lawrie got the same idea that Santiago = now has, and made himself “King of kings and Lord of lords.” Santia= go has the same claims as King of Kings, Lord of Lords (Revelation 19). He has= the same spirit of Lawrie who died as a madman. Santiago is not too far from th= e mad-house and the grave. Brother Paul said, “I would they were even cut off whi= ch trouble you.” (Galatians 5:12).

EXPOSITION OF EXPOSITION (E.O.D.H.) IMPOSSIBLE!

In June 2004, a vicious attempt was made by one of Santiago’s agents, here in Trinidad, to ex= pose the ‘Exposition’ (E.O.D.H), which was quickly put down by the W= ord of the Lord. Santiago’s agents in Trinidad are Pastor Guide and Raoul Danglades. His agents are compassing both land and sea, to make proselytes = to their god incarnated in human flesh. They yet do not have many disciples, in Trinidad, as Message Believers are made aware of their doctrine and about s= uch men who creep from house to house, trying to make disciples at all cost.

So some of his agents are moving around i= n this country, and Pastor Guide has written a little book, and the name of this b= ook is “Exposing the Exposition.” Now, I will entitle this little discussion: “Exposing the Exposition; Impossible!”

These two “fly by night” preachers a= re always around this country, compassing both land and sea to make one proselyte. One of these fellows name is Pastor Guide, and the next fellow i= s Raoul; that is the Spanish for Rawle, somebody said. So these two fellows are determined to establish Mr. Santiago as the second coming of Christ = and all the offices that I just named.

        &= nbsp;   So, I had a little discussion with them before, and then they asked that they wanted to speak to the ministers of the church. But by then, I am already <= b>familiar with the doctrines of these men and I read several of Santiago’s book= s, and I am very familiar with his claims. I asked several of the ministers if they cared to be entertained by these two men, and they had no desire to do that. We felt like it was wasting time. They try to act nice, and one is ni= ce, generally, which is Brother Rawle, but the next one is fierce like a lion, = but tries to show some kind of brotherly kindness. They are determined to show everybody that Christ is now walking on earth, veiled in human flesh in the= man called William Soto Santiago.

&nb= sp;          So then, Mr. Guide kept on calling and called several times and said, “Brother Bruce, when are you going to set up this meeting?” So = when I got tired of him I told him that I got to speak the truth. I had just finished preaching on the pulpit, and he called. So that day he caught me u= nder the anointing. And he said, “When are you going to give us a chance f= or this meeting.” I said, “Look brother, there is no use of having= a meeting with the ministers because of our beliefs. Because you believe this= man to be the second coming of Christ, God incarnated in human flesh, in= no uncertain terms, and my honest conviction is that he is a Devil incarnated in human flesh. Then you know, of course that stumped him and he said, “What!”

I said, “Yes, you read my books and that i= s no secret. I believe he is an incarnated Devil from the pit of hell! We are not interested in that doct= rine and I am not interested in arguing with you. You believe that he is God, he= is the second coming of Christ, and I believe he is a Devil! So that ends the discussion. What is the point for the discussion now?” So, you know, I had to get him off the phone because he was getting rile. And that is what those spirits do; they want to push their doctrine down your throat.

        &= nbsp;   So often times they came around with their literature and tried to hand it out= and they wanted it addressed to go to St. Vincent and Guyana. They are looking = for grounds. Then they came around Bethel, and nobody would pay heed to them. W= hen they come around here now (G.C.C.), don’t entertain them becau= se we already know their doctrine. We will do the same at Bethel. We don’= ;t want to stand up and even listen to such Anti-Christ men.

So this man Guide, who thinks that he is a preac= her and that he represents “Christ” here in Trinidad, wrote a little book now and he called it “Exposing the Exposition.” I am saying that it is a total impossibility to expose the Exposition because the Exposition have already exposed all the false Prophets and all the major fa= lse Prophets, and major heresies around the world, and every dog that barked, t= heir teeth were broken. And the great men who were exposed like Mr. Santi= ago, Mr. Gan, Mr. Coleman, and Mr. Vin Dayal, never even dared to defend their doctrine, and those who attempted were put down.

Now, I find that even though these dumb dogs can= not bark from New York, from Puerto Rico, from Longdenville, Trinidad, and other places, their agents think that they are capable of defending these men. No= w, they should have better sense than that, to know that if their heretic fathers are not able to challenge the exposition and defeat it, then th= ey are in no place to do it. Even as the Prophet Job said, “These three = have me in derision, whose fathers I would have disdained to set with the dogs o= f my flock.” Their heretic fathers were not able to challenge the expositi= on, yes, and needless to say that they are not able to challenge the exposition, and they have confessed that in so many words.

They= have exposed their folly, since they stated that they are not picking up the challenge sent out on our books. The reason they have not done so is because this is an impossible task, of which they are well aware; yet fools rush in where angels fear to tread.

        =     They have used certain statements of ‘The First Martyr’ = for the Message of Malachi 4, Robert Lee Lambert, to try to achieve this imposs= ible task of exposing the ‘Exposition’.

All = that the First Martyr expressed in his statements are items pertinent to the pro= gram of God, without making it personal to himself or another; leaving it for the right time and season of the Lord. Agents of Mr. Santiago; faithful sons of this devil incarnated in human flesh, have added their understanding to what the Martyr said, to pervert and twist it out of context, and to mean, that = he made reference to their antichrist as that vessel of God for the revealing = of the Seventh Seal/Seven Thunders. They are absolutely wrong.

A major point of defeat was publicly mentioned by Pastor Bruce, when he used the scripture (Matthew 7:15), “By their fruits ye shall know them.” He examined the li= fe of the writer, Pastor Guide, (“Woe unto you, ye blind guides.” “…if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” (Matthew 23:16 & 15:14)), which was sufficient to defeat = the entire attempt of exposing the exposition, but still gave a complete exposi= tion and answers to the questions of Pastor Guide.

And I am quoting from this little brochure that = is going around. They have my name in this book.

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: This exposition is not= for the sake of challenging you. You stated that you are straight on the Word of God, and challenged anybody around the world to come and show you where you deviated from Bro. Branham’s message or from the Bible. You said that= no one cannot show you that. Well this is not so much a response= to that challenge.

E.O.D.H. Answer: My beloved, right in this book here that says they are exposing the exposition, he is confessing that he could not pick up the challenge= . In this book he is not picking up = the challenge that I sent out on book eleven, {page 14}. Then if you are not picking up the challenge then shut-up! Then what are you doin= g?

You are afraid to pick up this challenge to show= me where I have deviated from the message of the hour and from the Bible, but I could show you, with your Prophet and all your members, that you deviated f= rom the message on holiness standards, in doctrine and the Word of God; and the reason that you cannot pick up this challenge is even because it is impo= ssible. Exposing the exposition is impossible. That is why you are not able to = pick up the challenge that I sent out. I further send forth a challenge around t= he world and to Mr. Santiago, Mr. Guide and to Mr. Rawle, to come and challenge what I preach on the message and the Bible, and you cannot; it is impossibl= e. Yes, I don’t even want your fathers to sit with the dogs of my flock, much more for you.

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: Pastor Bruce will you permit us= to preach in your church? Or are you afraid that you will be exposed?

E.O.D.H. Answer: No, my beloved you are <= b>unfit to preach behind our pulpit, and nobody wants to hear you. How many wants to hear the agents of Santiago? How many don’t want to hear them; let me hear your voices? [Congregation says, “No!”]. Well, because they are Anti- Christ.

Th= e reason I don’t have you behind my pulpit is because you are making a man God. You are propagating an Anti-Christ to be Christ, you are deceived of= the Devil, you are not born again, you do not have the Spirit of God, and you a= re lost and bound for hell until you repent. We don’t allow sinners to preach behind the pulpit. You are lost yet, you are a sinner yet, and I wou= ld not put a sinner to preach behind the pulpit, because he is worshipping a m= an and calling a man, God. There is only one Lord. His name is Jesus Christ. So you are unfit to preach behind my pulpit.

And besides that Mr. Guide, I have dug up your f= iles, and your files revealed that you are a divorced man, you could not control your home, and together with that, your wife went out and married another man and both of them fellowship under your preaching. Your wife is = an adulteress and the man is an adulterer, and you have them as members in the chu= rch of God. I have never heard of such wickedness. They ought to be expelled fr= om the House of God, according to the Bible.&= nbsp; You have the guts to pastor a man that took your wife and is living = in adultery, and have them as members in the church.

Go and take the beam out of your own eye and the= n try to take the splinter out of my eyes. You are unfit to preach the Gospel. Th= at is what the spirit of Santiago has done to you. It gave you more guts than a cobeaux (vulture), to tolerate unholiness, tolerate sin. That is what it do= ne. Oh yes! This is the Exposition Exposing the Exposition. Oh yes! They are calling their topic “Exposing the Exposition.” I am saying that this is the Exposition that is Exposing the Exposition that is trying to expose the Exposition. Oh yes, it cannot stand up.
You are unfit, and just by that I condemn your ministry, yes, by Mathew 7:15. The Bible said that a “good tree cannot bring forth corrupt fruit, and a corrupt tree cannot bring forth good fruit, and ye shall know them by their fruits”. You are unfit to preach behi= nd my pulpit because you have manifested corrupt fruits, and you preach a corr= upt doctrine.

Anybody that preaches that Santiago is the Chris= t and God, Emmanuel incarnated in human flesh, is devil possessed, [Congregation says, “Amen”!]. Oh yes! And Mr. Guide is devil possessed. I don’t have men preaching behind my pulpit who are devil possessed, I don’t have sinners preaching behind my pulpit, I don’t have men that are not born again and without the Spirit of God preaching behind my pulpit. So your request is turned down. Not because you could expose someth= ing, but because you are not born again yet. You are a sinner and need to repent before God, for believing that a man is God.

So now he is quoting a scripture, saying that I = came against Santiago and against the messenger of the Age.

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: “For by thy words thou sh= alt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.” (Matthew 12:37). “Verily I say unto you, all sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of m= en, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme: But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation.” (Mark 3:28-29).

E.O.D.H. Answer: I want to assure you Mr. Guide, that a man preaching against a D= evil incarnated in human flesh, from the Euphrates River and from the pit of hell, cannot blaspheme his way. That is what Mr. Santiago is, a Devil incarnated in human flesh. Yes, and I am born again, I have the Spirit of G= od and am called of Almighty God to condemn this Anti-Christ, and it is imposs= ible for me to blaspheme the Holy Ghost, because I am led of the Holy Ghost to expose every Anti-Christ around the world. So you don’t scare me, you don’t scare the congregation with such kinds of threats.

All right, Mr. Guide’s approach to expose = the exposition is to show from quotations of Brother Bob’s messages that = he claims to be a revivalist. His question to me is if Brother Bob was a revivalist, then where is his revival that he produced? What revival did he bring and what was accomplished?

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: The questions now are: If Rober= t Lee Lambert was a revivalist as you claim, what revival did he bring? Was this perceived revival he brought spoken of in the Scriptures? Was it also prophesied by the seventh church age messenger, William Marrion Branham? Wh= at did the revival accomplish; with regards to the fulfillment of the promises= of God for today?

E.O.D.H. Answer: Yes, I will gladly answer your question. So based upon The First Ma= rtyr Book that went out, and it was said there that Brother Bob was the first ma= rtyr and a revivalist, he is trying to attack exposition books by that fact, and quoting Brother Bob on other things.

Now Mr. Guide, if you were born again and if you= had any Spirit of God, you will be able to divide a revivalist from the revival. Th= at when we say, “revivalist”, we are not necessarily speaking that= the man brought a revival, but was looking for a revival, and all of us here, d= own at Point Fortin are revivalist. [Congregation says, “Amen”!]. A= ll at Bethel are revivalists.

All who believe in a revival to come are revival= ists and they are awakening another bunch of revivalists over in India and Afric= a, and we are looking for a promised revival of the Bride of Christ. So you are disarmed, your folly is made manifest. You cannot even divide what is revivalist from a revival. A revivalist comes on the scene and he is inspired, to prepare the people for= a revival.

Just like Brother Seymour, in 1906. He was a born revivalist and he stayed there and they sang and they prayed and they looked forward for the revival until the outpouring came. So there is a difference= of a revivalist and when the revival comes. The revivalist is stirred in spirit and heart and looks forward for the revival, and he may even die before the revival. To prove this I am going to sight the mighty Prophet William Branh= am.

Brother Branham said, “Would we see another revival?” He said, “Yes, we will see another revival. There wil= l come a white horse rider from the west and we will see another revival.” He also said that, “Don’t you think that we have revival. We have = no revivals, and the Bride has never had a revival yet, but she is going to get one.”

Brother Branham preached this bride’s revi= val to come and he passed on and went home without seeing the bride’s reviva= l. There was another man that arose on the scene and picked up from where Brot= her Branham left off on revival; his name was Robert Lee Lambert. He preached the bride’s revi= val, he died and went on, and we are still looking for the revival. And even tho= ugh you and I die, the revival is still coming. But we are going to go down as revivalists.

Woe be unto those that go down saying, “Al= l is over.” Woe be unto those that say that “there is nothing more f= or the Bride”. Woe be unto people that say that Christ is dead and there= are no more miracles and signs and wonders”. We are all revivalists. Oh g= lory to God.

So all the quotations that you made here Mr. Gui= de, we are familiar with them. The revival does come by Christ, and it comes by the bride. So all the quotations that you wasted time to bring out thinking tha= t we don’t know about them and to refute one meaning of a word you have wa= sted your time.

The attacks on exposition are that he read in ce= rtain books, certain messages that they have in their custody, stolen from Connecticut U.S.A. and now in their hands. Brother Bob outlined in different places the ministry that is to follow Brother Branham before the Rap= ture and he stated there of a white eagle. He stated there of Revelation 10:1. He stated there of an office and a gift to reveal the seven thunders. Mr. Guide took those things and now he is attaching Brother Bob on that and instead of quoting Brother Bob exactly how he said those things, he is interpreting wh= at Brother Bob said. So now my friends, these things that he quoted, and everywhere in Brother Bob’s messages, Brother Bob laid down the pr= ogram of God, which will bring the seven seals and seven thunders to the bride.

        &= nbsp;   So now, Mr. Guide and the other agents think that Brother Bob was preaching ab= out Soto Santiago to come. All th= at Brother Bob was doing was outlining the program of God that will eventually reveal the seven seals, seven thunders. Right in this little book they quoted Brother Bob, where he said, “I am not making anything personal now. I am just laying down what it is supposed to be.” So you turned a blind eye on that Mr. Guide, in order to implicate a Man of God. We believe Brother Bob to be a servant of God, [Congregation says, “Amen”!]. Yes, and if he was here he would expose Santiago the = way that I am exposing Santiago.

        &= nbsp;   All right, here you are saying that I am being deceptive because I am not telli= ng the people that Brother Bob was projecting himself in a ministry. All right= , my beloved, I take brother Bob just the way that he said things without int= erpreting them. But this man Guide, went in and he is adding things to his own understanding. All that the Man of God was doing was to outline the program= of God, that brings the Revelation of the seventh seal/seven thunders, and all that I am doing here my beloved is to outline the same thing. The re= st is left for divine Revelation, yes and if you are an elected of God then he would reveal to you at that time and that hour what it is supposed to be. Oh yes, that is the truth of it.

Now, he says that Brother Bob is not the first m= artyr, but he is a martyr for his own message. You lying hypocrite. Bob had no mes= sage to preach, but Brother Branham’s message. He preached Brother Branham’s message from cover to cover, as no man ever preached it. Ye= s, holiness standards, preached every major doctrine of Brother Branham and the additional thing that he done was to outline the program of God, which I am= going to bring and show from his own words, the program of God as laid out by Rob= ert Lee Lambert, the first martyr for the message and the great revivalist of o= ur time, after the days of brother Branham. Now Brother Branham was a revivali= st in himself, but never seen the bride’s revival.

So he is trying to bring another point, which is= that he is saying that all the ministries today must fit in one man. Of course, = that is Santiago, and he is quoting Brother Bob there also where Brother Bob used the same terminologies, that God got to use a vessel today for the opening = of the seventh seal/seven thunders. Mr. Guide is using that to prove that I am preaching wrong, and the coming of Christ is only in Santiago, and nobody else. My beloved, there is only one scripture that I will quote for him. The Bible said, “When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe.” (1 Thessalonians 1:10). So now that takes out the individua= l; that takes out the one-man team. And although this ministry started in a sh= out and came down in a voice through the opening of the seals, my brother, the coming of Christ will end up in the Bride. So we are not worshipping a man = like you Mr. Guide and Mr. Rawle; we are not worshipping the body of flesh. We a= re worshipping Christ, and the coming of Christ is going to be made know in us the bride of Christ in the end time. “When he shall come to be glorified in his saints.” That disannuls the one-man thing that you are talking about.= So, the coming of the Lord, although it starts in a shout and voice the final analysis is in the bride, because that is the whole plan and program of God, for him to find somewhere to dwell.

If you study “Christ is the Mystery of God Revealed”, Brother Branham said that He had a three-fold mystery. And= the third fold of the mystery is for Christ to come in a many membered body. Th= at was expressed by Brother Branham in no uncertain terms. So it is not a one-= man individual.

Another thing that he said in here is that every member will have the fullness of the Godhead in him. You lying hypocrite! T= here is no man that will have the fullness of the Godhead bodily in him. That pl= ace was only reserved for our Lord Jesus Christ; and the Bible says, “He giveth the Spirit not unto him by measure, and the fullness of the Godhead = rest bodily in Jesus Christ.” Every member would not have the fullness of = the Godhead bodily in him, but the Bride total will have the fullness of the Godhead bodily. “All that was in God He poured into Christ, and all t= hat was in Christ He poured into His Bride.” So sayeth Malachi 4. So now = your doctrine is false.

Mr. Santiago, together with Guide, they have no = regard for the holiness message of the Prophet. Dress how you want, live how you w= ant, wear earrings, wear high-heeled shoes, you could have a mini-skirt and come= to church; that is all right. Right there that proves that you are anointed of= the Devil, and you have the same spirit of the serpent in the Garden of Eden; an adulterous spirit. “Without holiness no man shall see the Lord.” And if Santiago was the Lord and your eyes seen him, you will practice holiness. Without holiness no man shall see the Lord, and if you want to see the Lord, practice holiness, but here you are telling me that you see the second coming of Christ hidden in a man called Santiago, and here you are living like a dog, and you are not practicing any holiness in the church, n= or teach the people holiness, then you are Anti-Christ. You are anointed of the Devil. Oh yes!

Let me take a next little note that will make you laugh. This man is so angry how I exposed Santiago, that he wants to get ev= en with me and he wants to really rake me down and bring an exposition too. Impossible! You have already failed.

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: You boast, being so proud of yo= urself and exalting yourself as if to be the only true discerner, or “blessed one” with the true understanding of the message of Malachi 4-5,6. Yet= in your discourses you have displayed gross, gross ignorance of the true teach= ings and purposes for the ministry of Malachi 4.”

E.O.D.H. Answer: This man had not met me more than once or twice, and here he conclu= des that I am a boaster and I am proud. How many says he lied? [Congregation sa= ys, “He Lied”!].

Th= e only reason you could say so is because I don’t see Santiago, as Christ. I= f I was seeing Santiago as Christ you would say that I understand the purpose of the message of Malachi 4. But you are deceived of the Devil, and you don’t understand the purpose of the message, otherwise you would not = say that Santiago is God. The purpose of Brother Branham’s message is to bring Christ into the bride by another out-pouring of the Holy Spirit. Not = to bring the fullness of the Godhead, in a dog, a Gentile Dog called Santiago. Away with Santiago.

All right Mr. Guide, you are saying that I am not telling the people that Brother Bob claimed to be in the office that Santia= go now holds, and you are saying that, that is guile and that is not fair, I w= ant to challenge you on that same note friend. Time and time again we asked you what is the new name, and you kept on dodging my agents and Christ’s agents, and you would not say what is the new name. You are a deceiver, you= are afraid of something, you are a big hypocrite! And the same thing you are ac= cusing me of, that is what you are.

But we came to find out what is the new name you= are projecting; you are projecting the new name as “William”. Imagi= ne that, they got a Revelation that William is the new name of the Lord, becau= se “Christ came in William Soto Santiago.” I am saying that Willia= m is not the new name of the Lord, but is the new name of the Devil,   [Congregation says, “Amen”!]. That’s the name the Devil is moving in right no= w, “William Soto Santiago”, and that is not any new name.

I want to ask you, what have you produced by the= name ‘William?’ You have not produced anything. By the new name of J= esus Christ, miracles, signs and wonders must be performed, and not only that, it must be able to change the bride’s body, to go in the rapture, accord= ing to what the Prophet of God said. You want to tell me that is William? You a= re a liar, you are a big hypocrite! You dodged the brethren when they asked you = what is the new name, until I sent a message, and I asked one of your big mouth agents, if they would ever deny that William is the new name. They said, “No! William is the new name. And we shall say, ‘In the name of William, be raised from the dead; be healed in the name of William.” = That is fanaticism, that is Anti-Christ and is of the Devil. I am saying it is, “In the name of Jesus rise up and walk; in the name of Jesus be healed,” until the new name is revealed. You talking about one spirit from the Euphrates River anointing a man with pride and ambition; the extent that it could carry him is even fathomless.

All right, hear this lying hypocrite! I want to = say Mr. Guide, your discernment is weaker than dishwater. It is weaker than the broth made out of the shadow of a chicken that was half starved to death, f= or you to say what you are saying here.

I don’t exalt myself. And I have hundreds = of witnesses, and yea thousands around the world. It is you who have the proud spirit because you that think you have such a great Revelation of your chri= st.

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: “You say you are not a Pr= ophet, yet slyly you seek to hold such an office.”

E.O.D.H. Answer: How many knows he lied? [Congregation says, “He Lied”!= ]. How many has known me for many decades? How many know me for years, and kno= ws that I always say on the pulpit, that I am no Prophet? [Congregation says, ‘’ Amen’’!] This man just met me a couple times and he could advocate that I want the office of a Prophet. You are a big liar. And the spirit that gave you t= hat discernment is Santiago’s spirit. Santiago’s spirit came from h= ell and is going back to hell. Oh yes!

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: “You sadistically desire = the destruction of any one…”.

E.O.D.H. Answer: That is impossible!

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: “… and all who appe= ar as a threat or challenge to you from occupying the office of that Prophet which you seek”. =

E.O.D.H. Answer: You are a liar. I don’t seek any Prophetic office. I am a Preacher of Righteousness, and I am called to expose all the heresies and to expose you and expose Rawle and expose Santiago. The sons of God are not yet even placed, and when they are placed you are going to find out who I am, a= nd then I will find out who I am. I think they got enough blows, that if they = have any shame they will repent.

Santiago’s Agent, Pastor Guide: “Your choice of target, p= astor Bruce, and other likeminded, and even your strategies of attack have done nothing.”

E.O.D.H. Answer: You lied! It has delivered hundreds of people and scores of preache= rs over in Africa, and they left Santiago and denounced him as a Devil. You are only pretending, like the Devil, that we have no power and it is not doing nothing, but this gospel is doing something and this exposition is accomplishing what it is sent forth to do. There is nothing like this in any part of   the world.=

Th= ere are no books like that in any part of the world; there is no ministry like that= in any part of the world that is exposing heresies. All of them are a bunch of cowards, in the love gospel. Only the Holy Ghost could give us the anointing and the strength and the boldness. Even ministers around the world testify = to that fact, that “There has not arisen anything like tha= t around the world, to expose heresies. In thirty forty years nobody ever arose and challenged the unbelief and the Anti-Christ that is around the world an= d we thank God for E.O.D.H.” [Congregation says, “Amen!”]=

So Mr. Guide, you are going to get this just as = it is, and that is going to show you that you must not open your mouth.

EXPOSITION OF THE ‘EXPOSITION’ - CHALLENGE

In our books E.O.D.H 1-11, we have ex= posed most major heretics (popular names) around the Message, internationally. Th= is was done in no uncertain terms. Their names, corrupt testimonies of their l= ives and their heresies based on the Message of Malachi 4:5&6 and especially their isms on the Seventh Seal/Seven Thunders were itemized. Such exposition was in an orderly fashion, the scriptures were outlined in a perfect manner with quotations of William Branham standing side by side to confirm the Wor= d of Truth. Up to date, at the time of this writing 2004, most of the major here= tics who were exposed with their heresies have not lifted a finger to prove what= I am saying is unscriptural or not Message based. Few who ventured to do so, = were quickly put down by the Word of God and their defense was used to further p= rove their false claims to be anti-Christ. They sounded confused, fully angered, arrogant, and anointed of the Devil. They hate our ministers with bitter hatred. They crow on their own trees to th= eir congregations, and have them to believe that our work is anti-Christ, and n= ot based on the Message. As a result, their associate ministers, agents and followers, in sympathy attacked the work of E.O.D.H. foolishly and unscripturally, and were put to flight. Some of these attacks by letters are documented on E.O.D.H. No. 2, 8, 9 and 10, with the exposition of their follies. Such documentation of their nonsensical attacks have scared many and caused them to re-think their desires of attacking our work. They should have a little more wisdom to und= erstand that if their heretical fathers were not competent and bold enough to defend their heresies, but crawled in their holes like lizards, that they should be quiet and crawl into the same holes.

I hereby= invite, challenge and demand of all heretics, critics of my work, and enemies of the truth, to fulfill the command of the Apostle Paul to Titus, to stop my mouth because they consider our work to be misleading, not scriptural or Message based, especially on the promises of God for the Bride.

“H= olding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things whi= ch they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake”. (Titus 1: 9-11).

Let all = who profess to be Sagas and elites of the Scriptures and Message of Malachi 4:5&6, take up this challenge and expose me, as I have exposed them by = the Word and Message of the Hour. Expose me by my life and testimony and any wr= ong doing, cult practices, changes of my doctrine, false teachings and especial= ly show the falsehood in our work of E.O.D.H. 1-12. Ministers are oblig= ed to expose my life and teachings quoting the Scriptures and the Message of William Branham. They are under obligation to do so and deliver the sheep o= ut of the mouth of the bear and the lion, even as David slew the bear and the = lion and delivered his sheep.

  &n= bsp;         The telephone conversations in July of 2004, between an agent of the Lord’s work (E.O.D.H.) and Santiago’s agent and pastor of his l= ocal assembly, have proven that the damnable claims and heresies of Mr. Santiago, that E.OD.H. has exposed for the past years, he does indeed claim and propagates. The admitting to these claims by Pastor Guide and other of his agents are further verification to these undeniable facts.

TELEPHONE CONVERSATIONS WITH SANTIAGO’S AGENT, PASTOR GUIDE

   = ;         Guide: Santiago was born on June 1= 4^th 1940. Brother Branham said that the church is pregnated to bring forth <= /b>Christ, [Santiago] and she gave birth to the Second Coming of Christ around 1974. The white horse rider comes from the west.

   = ;         Jack: Is it the western hemisphere?

   = ;         Guide: Yes. When the Tent Ministry is in full manifestation, it is a sign that the Blood has left the Mercy Seat. Santiago will announce when the Blood leaves the Mercy Seat.

   = ;         Jack’s question: Santiago says that the Tent Ministry comes into being at the = end of the Seventh Seal. What is the end of the Seventh Seal?

   = ;         Guide’s answer: That is when the ministry is turned over to the Jews.

   = ;         Jack’s question: Santiago is speaking of Christ’s on earth for thirty ye= ars before his ministry started; and he is speaking of his ministry for thir= ty years, from 1974 to 2004, and is speaking about the Tent Ministry being launched this year.

   = ;         Guide’s answer: He was just making a parallel, but he never actually said th= at it would be this year.

   = ;         Jack: We will say that he is looking at the possibility of thirty years, and = the Tent being launched this year.

   = ;         Guide: Yes.

   = ;         Jack: Santiago said when he becomes adopted then the Tent Ministry starts.

   = ;         Guide: The adoption of the messenger is the physical change of his flesh. He will be changed before the rest of the saints.

   = ;         Jack: Santiago said that the angel of Revelation 22: 8-9 (which is his minist= ry of Christ in flesh), did not receive worship. When he is adopted and becomes fully the Emmanuel, can he be worshipped?

   = ;         Guide: Well you know the messenger will be sitting on the Throne of Davi= d. The Bible said, “He that overcometh, will I grant to sit with me on my throne, and I will give him power over the nations.”

   = ;         Jack: But can he be worshipped at that time? Can you say in the Name of the L= ord, that he cannot be worshipped at that time?

   = ;         Guide: I cannot say anything on that. Santiago will be the first one to rec= eive the double portion baptism, and then the other members of the Bride = will receive it. This will change the body. The Early Church only had the Earnes= t.

   = ;         Jack: What is the sequence of Santiago receiving a changed body, going over to Israel, his death and going down to Paradise to resurrect the Saints?

   = ;         Guide: I cannot say much on that. He receives his new body before the rest of the saints.

  &n= bsp;         Guide: You cannot major on holiness, and condemning people as you all do.

   = ;         Jack: Can you show me a man that preached more holiness and raked over people more than Brother Branham? Maybe you are not reading the Message.

   = ;         Guide: The Lord said to call the lame and halt etc. All the people w= ho were self righteous were left out.

   = ;         Jack: There is the difference between righteousness and self righteousness. T= he Bible said that without holiness no man shall see the Lord.

I read your books. Santiago said that he was in a spiritual retreat in a mountain fasting, in 1963, when the Seven Angels appeared. Was it for forty days?

Guide: Yes.

Jack: Then how = is he saying this is thirty years of his ministry, which would take you back to 1974?

Guide: Well, his ministry started of= ficially around March 1974.

Jack: He said t= hat after he came down the mountain he began to preach.

Guide: The birth of his ministry was officially around 1974.

Jack: You all a= re speaking about a tent to be launched in November of this year. You a= ll said that when he is adopted he becomes fully the Emmanuel, a= nd he said on his book that he is adopted and then he starts his tent ministry, and after that, not another Gentile would be saved.

Guide: That = is not a canvas tent in Venezuela. It is a big hall that could hold, maybe abo= ut ten or fifteen thousand people. When that building is completed, it does not mean that the tent ministry is launched. It begins when the Third Pu= ll begins to manifest itself. The tent in Venezuela could be completed in November, December or after, and not yet launched. There is another tent being built in Puerto Rico, and another thing being built in Mexico.

Jack: Santiago = said on his books that when the bodies of the saints are changed, his will also = be changed and he will receive an eternal body. Then how could he be killed on= the streets of Jerusalem? If his = body is a changed, eternal body, then he cannot die. Moses and Elias preach after the rapture when we receive our changed bodies.

Guide: Jesus did something that brought= about His death. Jesus was born perfect, and Jesus who couldn't die, had power to= lay down His life and take it up again. Remember, Santiago has a work to lib= erate the souls in Paradise; to summons the souls in Paradise, and to resu= rrect Brother Branham by the sound of the trumpet. The trumpet has to be sounded = in Paradise. Brother Branham said that he would hear the sound of the trumpet, which would summons him.

Jack: And you a= ll are teaching that Santiago carries the New Name, and the New Name is William.

G= uide: You never heard us say that= .

Jack: One of his followers told me that. Would you deny, in the Name of the Lord, that the N= ew Name is William?

Guide: I have no comment.=

Guide: Yes, = I am a preacher.

Jack: You divor= ced your wife, and she married a next man, and is sitting down under Santiago's teaching, and you have the guts to open your mouth against E.O.D.H?!

Guide: That = is my personal thing. That will be between me and God. Leave that alone; let us not evade the issue. This is an issue of the Word where you all are hiding = the true teachings of Bob Lambert from the congregation.

Jack: I am goin= g to quote the Word: "Take the beam out of your own eye, so you could see clearly to take the mote out of you brother's eye." You said that "you are not taking up the challenge of E.O.D.H," because that is= an impossible task. You entitled= your booklet, "Exposing The Exposition;" that is another impossible ta= sk.

Guide: It is= not my objective to challenge, but to make known to the members of your congregation, from who you are hiding the true teachings of Bob Lambert.

  &n= bsp;         Jack: So you are saying that Brother= Bob is the first person who taught on these things?

Guide: Well,= Bob Lambert highlighted certain things, and Santiago taught on these things.

Jack: You are a preacher and you have this thing going on, and have the guts to open your m= outh against E.O.D.H.

Jack: You just = told me you are a preacher. We will just be quoting what you said.

Guide: I hope that could stand up in a court of law.

Jack: So you are going to take us to the court then? You have this thing going on = right in your congregation, and you have the guts to open your mouth again= st E.O.D.H? If you love your soul you had better get off the pulpit. The congregation cannot be more spiritual than their pastor. There are qualifications of a minister and you do not fit those qualifications. Can y= ou challenge what I am saying!?

Jack: As the sa= ying goes, "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread." Not even Vin or Coleman ever took up the challenge of E.O.D.H, because they know how script= ural it is. And even your messenger is not brave enough to take up the challenge= of E.O.D.H.

Jack: Notice th= at in all our writings we never put your name. When it becomes necessary we ca= ll names. You put our names and yours on your writings. If we write and= put your name, I hope you don't take us to a court of law, as you said earlier.= You put on your booklet, "Until my next communique;" when is y= our next writings coming out?

   = ;         Jack: We are preparing E.O.D.H 12, and answers to your questions, relative to your manuscript, would be given. I cannot assure you that your marital stat= us wouldn’t come up. Especially what you wrote there of Brother Bruce desiring the office of a prophet. That’s a lie. I have known him for the past nineteen years and he don’t claim that. The adoption has not yet taken place. Only then we will know our positions. That’s an outright lie.

   = ;         Jack: Well, Jesus spoke about knowing a false prophet by his fruits. You know that Brother Bruce is a serious man and he won’t leave any stone untu= rned. Would you like me to speak to him for you concerning this? Would you like t= his matter to be published?

   = ;         Guide: I don’t want to do anything like that. If God tell you all to = do that, I don’t want to stop you all. If you all feel it is right to be involving a man’s personal life, just remember, everybody has somethi= ng in their life.

The program of God set forth in this work, without a shadow of doubt, exposes Santiago’s pro= gram as satanic, antichrist and from the pit of Hell. Santiago is an angel from = the bottomless pit, and not the one who descended from Heaven with a Shout, Voi= ce and Trumpet. If he dies, his agent said that would prove his doctrine unscriptural, as Moses and Elias must be killed on the streets of Jerusalem= . We trust that they will repent.

Since the exposition of Santiago, his damnable heresies, his agents, their ungodly lives, their fut= ile attempt to expose the exposition, and the failure of Santiago’s proph= ecy, his agents no longer come around Bethel, are very silent, no doubt still sh= amelessly tolerating such ungodliness in their local church. May the Lord, by this scriptural exposition of this false prophet and false christ, evident by his failed prophecy and multitude of satanic teachings, grant his agents repent= ance to the acknowledging of the truth. <= /span>
